Confidentiality

In Guernsey, people are often concerned about confidentiality and we take the issue very seriously. Our aim is that you will not see other clients whilst you are here. We do not ask you to share a waiting room and we offer staggered appointment times so the risk of seeing another client on the stairs is reduced. You will not be counselled by someone who knows you and your name and address will be protected at all times. We will not discuss anything about you with anyone else outside the organisation unless we believe someone, especially a child, is at risk of serious harm.

If you leave a message on our confidential answer phone or via our Contact form, your call will be returned discreetly. We will not leave a message with anyone else if you do not answer our call.
